Geena Davis
Geena is an American actress, producer and writer. She is also an advocate for women's rights. She has been praised for every one of her TV roles and for her numerous performances in Hollywood. Prior to her move into film her previous roles included fashion model and a member of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery in Olympics. Music was her passion since young made her study the flute and piano. She was a musician in a Church in Wareham. She moved to New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in theater. After a lot of struggle, she ended up working in odd jobs and taking on various activities before she finally got her break. Prior to her debut as an actor in the film Tootsie it was also an incredibly popular model. She also appeared in several Television serials, and then had an extremely successful acting career and won an Oscar Award for her movie "The Accidental Traveler". The Golden Globe Award was also awarded to her for her role in an American television show. She is the wife of Reza Jarrahy. She has a daughter as well as two sons born from the union. In addition, she is involved in many social issues.
